This is a black Tony Hawk skateboard deck from the Bones Brigade Series 5 series of reissues. These earlier series of Bones Brigade reissues were produced in much smaller batches so you don't see that many of them in circulation anymore. I'm letting a few boards go from my collection to make room for more.
