Unfortunately while there is no date, the work appears to be early to mid 19th century. Measuring 14.75 x 15.5 inches the black wood frame measures 18.5 x 19.25 inches. The condition of this sampler shows discoloration and wear / damage to its frame including chipped (wavy) glass.
