Because of increased cases of lost and missing packages, all APO orders must pay an extra $22 to add security.

Electica now has a full staff of warehouse and shipping experts that carefully process and package every order. We make it our mission to get every order shipped same business day. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday 7am – 3:00pm Central time.
Orders placed before 3pm are typically shipped out the same day. Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday through Sunday, will ship on Monday. Most items ship via US mail or FedEx. Shipping specialists make choices on an order-by- order basis which shipping method to choose, so if your USPS address differs from your physical address, please make note of that on your order. Every item is eligible for "Free & Fast Shipping" and our customers are constantly praising us for our quicker than expected shipping. Our standard shipping option states that the items will arrive within 5 business days, but we do our best to beat those expectations. International Shipping/Invoice Info The cost of shipping is determined by your location. If there are any restrictions to your country it will advise you of that during checkout. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note:
Batteries are not under warranty! We cannot provide you information on the batteries because we do not fully check them due to time consuming process.

All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. We will charge a restocking fee for any merchandise that has been opened and returned to u in not an original form.
Please, note - if you fix, alter, open, repair the device without our approval - we will not accept any return and will not refund any cost for repair or it will void the return! Item must be returned unused and in its original condition. Item will be inspected for completeness and condition upon receipt back before a replacement/refund can be issued.
Prior the return you have to make sure you remove all accounts, passwords and personal information off the device! Failure to adhere will delay the refund or even reject it!

All returns must have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as “delivered” to our facility. Once received, please allow 5 business days for your return or exchange to be process.
