Delivery within 20 working days with ECONOMY COURIER for USA!

Delivery within 25 working days with ECONOMY COURIER for WORLDWIDE!

Every parcel is insured against theft and accidental.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CANNOT DELIVER TO POST OFFICE BOXES.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays.
Orders placed on Friday night, Saturday, Sunday or on public holidays, will be processed and shipped the next working day.

If you pay with PayPal, the order will be shipped EXCLUSIVELY to the address that we find on your PayPal account.
If you use another payment method, you should inform us about the address of delivery, if it is different from the one entered on Ebay.

The name of the addressee written on the parcel must be the same of the one written on the doorbell at which the package will be delivered.
While entering your shipping data, please be sure to also enter your telephone number, in order to let the courier call you in case of problems during the delivery of the parcel.

RETURNS

All purchased items including reduced items can be returned.
The satisfaction of our customers is very important and returning an item is fast and easy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item within 14 days from the delivery of the product, by following the Ebay procedure.
