How It Works:

1. Purchase the Service: Select the correct model at the time of purchase.

2. Ship Your Device: Securely package your phone and include your Ebay ID and details of the repair.

Please ensure the phone has any structural damage as we cannot work on such devices. 

Include a note if the return address differents from your Ebay account.

3. Repair Process: Upon receiving your phone, we will let you know and complete the repair. 

We ensure a quick turnaround and will ship your device back to the confirmed Ebay address.

4. Shipping and Warranty:We cover one-way shipping back to you after the repair. You are responsible for the shipping costs to us.

We offer a 30-day warranty on all repairs, we are only responsible for the items repaired or replaced, 

and not for any components that were not repaired or tested.

Any damages or items lost during shipping is not our responsibily. 

Please make sure the device is packed well before you send it to us.

There will have some extra charge if your device needs touch panel replacement.
