Combined shipping costs on multiple items is offered upon Buyer's request. There may be different checkout windows depending on whether user is on desktop or mobile, which may limit combined shipping options. Option for returns is only accepted at Buyer's request, with proper backup documentation. 

All items are guaranteed to be marked as shipped within 3 business days after purchase. Couriers along the delivery route may or may not scan each package accordingly. Items will still be delivered whether scanned or not, as long as correct shipping address is provided by the Buyer.
