This unit has been remanufactured to resolve all known defects and is covered by a 1-year warranty.

The unit will ship with a map card installed. The core return will also be expected to have a microSD map card installed. Return of a unit without a map card will reduce the core return refund amount by $50.

The listing comes with the opportunity of returning your defective core head-unit for an up to $300 refund.

Core refund process:

• We provide a return shipping label in the box with the unit that you have purchased.
• You return your old/defective core in the same packaging using the enclosed return shipping label.
• We process a refund to your transaction method within 5 business days of receipt and you'll be notified via eBay that a refund has been processed.
• Most units qualify for the full refund amount, though major liquid and physical damage can lower the refund amount.  Missing parts, missing screws, and other issues caused by a previous repair attempt can lower the refund amount.
