A medieval lead alloy container.

These are presumed to hold bird seed and thus used as bird feeders, although others suggest they might have held holy water for use in a religous setting.

In overall excellent condition although clearly it has been excavated and is a detectorist find. Bought some years ago by myself.

Maximum width: 5.5cm and height: 3.2cm

Weight: 57.2gm.

Any questions please ask.
