Delivery is via UPS or Fed EX and sent on a 24 hour service within the UK (smaller items via Royal Mail), any orders from overseas are processed via eBay's Global Shipping Program. All goods are dispatched within 24-48 hours of purchase.
Warranty and Returns Policy
New items are warranted for 30 days, used and New Old Stock (NOS) items carry no warranty - all used items, where applicable, are tested when removed or before shipping. If a new item is found to be damaged or faulty upon arrival, we offer to replace the item if stock is available or provide a refund where it is not - in both instances we require images of the outside of the delivery packaging, the item in the packaging and the item itself. The faulty item has to be returned to us before any resolution is made and we reserve the right to independently test the item to verify. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase and return postage is paid for by the purchaser - if you are unsure about the compatibility of the item you are about to purchase or wish to clarify something, please do not hesitate to get in contact using the means detailed below.
