This is a single Vintage SYLVANIA JAN CHS 6SL7WGT (VT-229) tube. MADE IN THE USA. 

It is marked "Made in USA" on the brown base as well as the date code of 702. It has clear glass, short black plates without holes, and a top-mounted square getter. The tube was tested on my TV-3B/U tester and it is strong with side 1 @ 1650 and side 2 @ 1450. The minimum for a good tube is 1000.
