Change your system, change your impedance
Memphis Audio's FLEX triple voice coil technology lets you select 1-ohm, 2-ohm, or 4-ohm impedance for your subwoofer by simply repositioning a jumper plug. You'll have the flexibility to build a great system or upgrade later, knowing your sub can adapt.
Built for high power
This subwoofer is built for low distortion and high power handling. Its polypropylene cone and double-stitched butyl rubber surround push out the big, rich bass you're looking for at up to 400 watts RMS (800 watts peak). Memphis Audio's Direct Voice Coil Cooling (DVCC) technology positions the frame vents directly below the coil so heat is expelled with every movement of the cone, letting your sub play longer and louder and handle more power. An optional painted black metal mesh grille ( sold separately) protects your speaker while allowing plenty of room for excursion.
