It measures 13 1/4" long including handles by 8" at its widest.

Tray is made of metal and painted a brass-ish color.  There is some wear to the paint on the edges. 

Glass is free from chips, cracks and hazing. Does have some faint surface scratches that you can see if you turn it just the right way in the light.

Could use a light cleaning.
