An authentic mineral specimen of Gersdorffite with Annabergite, originating from the Snowbird Mine, Mineral County, Montana, USA. This specimen retains its original vintage collector’s label and display box, indicating an older, curated collection piece.

The specimen shows distinct green Annabergite crusts (nickel arsenate) on a pale host matrix, associated with Gersdorffite (nickel arsenic sulphide). This association is classic for nickel-bearing hydrothermal deposits and is increasingly difficult to source with original provenance. In excellent condition as shown.

The specimen retains its original handwritten scientific label, detailing the mineral association, chemical formula (Ni₃(AsO₄)₂·8H₂O), and formation as a secondary “nickel bloom” resulting from the weathering of nickel and cobalt ores. This style of annotation is typical of older systematic mineral collections.
