• Please take personal protection measures and keep the product away from children.
• Do not stop the vibrator motor when the needle is submerged, as pulling it out will be difficult. Do not allow the vibrating needle to run in the air as it will overheat. The needle can only be effectively cooled when immersed in concrete. Hold the needle with the rubber sleeve wrapped around it to prevent excessive bending of the hose. Excessive bending causes friction and makes the hose more likely to overheat. Therefore, always keep the hose as straight as possible when operating.
•  After using it for a period of time, the vibrating rod should be checked to see if the threaded connection of the rod head is loose to prevent mortar water from seeping into the vibrating rod and causing it not to vibrate.
• After the power is turned on, if the concrete vibrator does not produce vibration, you can generally knock the end of the concrete vibrating rod to the ground, and after the vibrator makes a smooth and powerful chirping sound, you can carry out the pounding operation. The vibrating rod pounding time should not be too long, too long will appear concrete and cement separation, stone sinking phenomenon, and the formation of a sand layer on the surface of the concrete, vibrating rod tilt concrete surface, should be low, and slowly move to high, to ensure that the vibration is dense.
• The vibrating rod should be vertical straight up and down, and the operation of the vibrating rod should make the vibrating rod fast insertion and slow extraction (eliminate holes), when the end of the vibrating rod is about to reveal the concrete surface, to quickly pull out the vibrating rod, pull out the non-stop rotation, so as not to cause a hole, and the insertion point should be evenly distributed (between 300-400), do not miss the point plugging (lack of vibration), up and down to pump, keep the concrete vibrating rod in motion (50-100mm, so that the concrete is dense) to layer buckle lap.
• Do not expose the tool to rain. Do not use power tools in wet or damp areas, keep the work area well-lit, and do not areas where there is a risk of fire or explosion, and do not use power tools in areas where there is a risk of fire or explosion.
• The use of a vibrating rod to strike the upper layer of concrete should be carried out before the initial setting of the lower layer of concrete. Each insertion point should have a precise vibration time. If the time is too short, it will cause difficulty in compaction, and the time should be between 20 and 30 seconds. The appropriate time should generally depend on whether the concrete surface is level and should be based on the absence of obvious settlement, bubbles, and surface immersion mortar.
• The vibrating rod insertion point should be evenly arranged, and can use the 'row type' or 'staggered' order of movement, but can not be mixed. The distance of each moving position should be no greater than 1.5 times the radius of action of the vibrating rod. The vibrating rod should not be bent more than 500MM.
• After working continuously for half an hour, the vibrating rod should stop for a while to prevent the machinery from heating too much and damaging the machine parts. After every 50-100 hours of use, the vibrating rod should be disassembled all the parts inside the rod for cleaning. When disassembling, you can unscrew the tip and the hose joint (both left screws), and then use a wooden top sharp hammer to tap the cone of the large diameter end of the outer extension, take out the cone and the bearing, oil seal, etc. Then remove the hose connector (right screw), you can remove all the parts.  
• When not using the vibrator, please keep it dry and do not add any oil to it, and it is necessary to pump out the concrete before shutting down the machine to extend its service life. Please ensure that the lithium battery has been charged for 12 hours before use and unplug it after fully charging. During operation, the product should be inserted vertically or at an angle of 15-45 ° into the concrete.
• After cleaning, replace the damaged parts and reinstall. Except for the bearings, all parts must be cleared of oil. The cone surface of the rolling cone and the casing should be guaranteed to be oil-free.
• The vibrating rod does not touch:

• The vibrating rod vibrates when not touching the template, concrete vibration from the high template should not be greater than the concrete vibration radius of action 0. 5 times, and can not be close to the marble plate.
• The vibrating rod vibration holds when not touching the reinforcement.
• The vibrating rod vibration does not touch the pre-built parts. The vibrating rod in close proximity to the template pounding should be used at the same time with a wooden coarse gently knocking mold Board, in the reinforcement dense place, and template corners should be with the iron brazier pounding.
