Returns

Within 30 days after receiving your parcel, we offer a No-hassle 14 days exchange (replace) only if your parcel is defective due to manufacturing problem.The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:

  • We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use factor, buyer has responsibility to follow the test correctly.
  • Any returning must inform us first, sending back without return ID (given by LD customer service) will not be accepted.
