1. Initial pressure plate stroke: 35mm. For dough thicker than 35mm, pre-press manually to required thickness.
2. Place dough on pull-out plate (C); position directly under indenter and depress handle.
3. Dough preparation: Ensure dough is adequately proofed and soft. Apply edible oil to surface for easier pressing. Optional: wrap pressure plate in plastic or brush pressure head with oil.
4. Thickness adjustment: Utilize set screws on both sides of spring (top of fuselage) to limit product thickness.
5. Not recommended for use in humid environments.
