Usage method: |
|
1. After receiving the goods, check
whether the machine packaging is intact and remove any abnormal
situations that may occur during
transportation.
2. Fix the body horizontally and
firmly on the solid ground to reduce vibration and noise.
3. The machine needs to be
connected to the air switch. After turning on the power, rotate the
emergency
stop switch to ensure normal
operation of the machine and ensure that the motor direction is
consistent with
the arrow mark of the crusher.
4.Start the motor for a few minutes
and feed the material into the hopper. The machine enters the normal
operation phase, the operator
should pay close attention to whether the operation is abnormal, if
the machine
is abnormal, the machine must be
immediately stopped for inspection and solution of the faults. After
the
preparation of the sample, the
machine should continue running for a minute, and then the operator
can stop
the machine, clean it and remove
the sieve block and debris.
