This 1978 Volkswagen Convertible Champagne Edition is one of
approximately 1,100 Champagne Edition II examples produced for the 1978 model
year to celebrate the production of one million Volkswagen Rabbits, and was originally delivered to Martin Nemer
Volkswagen in Latham, New York.
The car is finished in Alpine White with gold accents and
features an off-white convertible top and upholstery. Power comes from the 1.6 liter flat-four
paired with a four-speed manual transmission. It has the original Burl Elm
veneer trim, a Blaupunkt AM/FM radio, a locking glove compartment, door map
pockets, and a VDO speedometer. Just to mention a few of the perks of this car.
This vehicle is being sold by the original owner, and no expense
