Application

It is suitable for use on buffed marble, granite and other stone, painted furniture, machine tools, descaling, refinishing metal and other surface preparation work. And this product can be used for sanding and polishing work by installing sanding discs with different grits from coarse to fine.

Notes

• The compressed air should be maintained at 0.49 0.63 MPa and purified. Excessive air pressure will cause the wear of the parts to increase and the linear speed of the grinding disc will exceed the allowable value. Air pressure is too low will make the tool output power significantly reduced.
• The pipeline should be equipped with filters, pressure regulators, and lubricating oil. Lubricating oil must be injected from the air pipe 3-4 times a day. Normally, No. 10-20 mechanical oil can be used. Bearings are coated with No. 2 calcium-based grease twice a month. Before and after daily use, please inject 2~3 drops of pneumatic lubricant into the air inlet.
• Before connecting the tool to the air circuit, please open the air circuit to expel the stolen goods into the air. The connection with this tool should be sealed and secured.
• After connecting the tool to the gas path, the grinding disc should be rotated slowly to observe the condition of the grinding disc and the tool. If an abnormality is found, it should be closed in time. In normal use, the force should be moderated appropriately, the impact method should not be used for pregrinding.
• When the tool breaks down, it is forbidden to disassemble it on the spot, and it should be sent to the repair department for overhaul in time. Please do not throw this tool around during work to avoid affecting performance and damaging parts.
• Correct maintenance is very important to ensure the performance and service life of the machine, and the tools must be repaired and maintained regularly. The maintenance period depends on the degree of use. Under normal circumstances, maintenance should be carried out once a month. Parts should be cleaned and lubricated. Worn or damaged parts such as blades, rotors, the front and rear cover, cylinder body of the cylinder should be refurbished or replaced in time.
