IN-15A is a nixie tube to display the following scientific symbols: +,–,%,M,k,m,µ,n,P,П. Cathodes – in the form of signs and letters. It works as a visual digital indicator of types of electrical signals. (refer to photo #2)

This is one IN-15A. It is new and it is already in Port Angeles, WA.
