Shipping Protection and Seller Responsibilities
I take packaging very seriously — all items are wrapped in protective plastic, placed in bubble-padded envelopes, reinforced with cardboard, and marked with “Handle with Care” labels to help prevent transit damage.
You are responsible for selecting the shipping method you prefer at checkout. Shipping methods vary in cost, transit handling, tracking, and insurance coverage. For fragile or higher-value items, purchasing insurance or additional protections is strongly recommended.
Once the package is accepted by the carrier, handling and delivery are outside of my control. While eBay provides protections for sellers in cases of events outside their control and abusive buyer behavior, eBay’s policies also require that you receive the item as described — and that includes non-damaged delivery when reasonably packaged.
If an item arrives damaged:
Please retain all original packaging and clearly photograph the damage.
You may need to file a claim with the carrier if you chose an insured service.
I will provide proof of shipment and cooperate with any carrier or eBay inquiry.
If a resolution is needed under eBay’s Money Back Guarantee, I will work in good faith per eBay’s terms.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
