Description: Being offered in this listing,  Is a Vintage "Very Rare" O/S scale Plasticville #1852 Dark Blue Walls with Dark Gray Roof Ranch House Kit. This kit is in factory new condition, (collector quality) 100% original {no reproduction parts, no glue}. The two piece box is also in excellent condition. You also get instructions. As you can see the house is in the original plastic bag. The cellophane wrapper you see the last picture is outer wrapper from the box. I had to rip it so I could see inside the box to see what color the house is. What a surprise!!! This kit has probability been stored away for 50 some years. It was  manufactured by the Bachmann Bros.Toy Company in the 1950s. All the plasticville kits that I list on e-bay are from my late father's collection. Please use the pictures that I have provided for they are a very important part of the description. All the toys I list on E~bay come from a smoke free home.
