This item is in good condition, with just one or two very small areas of thinning flocking. The flocking on these "Big Figs" almost always has some thinning spots or even missing spots. This figurine is in overall good condition and in my estimate, has held up better than most. To be honest, I looked it over very thoroughly and I would probably be calling the flocking to be in very good to excellent condition, but it's not brand new and there is at least one spot where the flocking looks a tiny bit thin, so just to be safe I am calling this item to be in Good Condition. As far as I can tell very few (or even possibly none) of these flocked Big Figs have survived over the many years without at least some flocking degradation. It's just the nature of the material that was used and how that it was applied. As you can see from the photos, the flocking has held up very well. Overall, it's my opinion that this is the best example of this Big Fig that I've seen for sale in awhile. Most that I have seen have missing dragonflies, many spots of flocking damage, non-working music or lights or chips and cracks in the base.

Also, there is one small dragonfly wing missing. At some point, the AA batteries were left in and there was some leakage of the acid into the battery compartment. No damage occurred outside of the battery box. I have removed the batteries and cleaned up the compartment. The new batteries fit fine and the lights work as they should with no problems. The item has is original battery box cover. The music plays when it is wound up. Please see the multiple photos that I have uploaded as well as the video that lets you hear the music. The entire battery box / music box is a little loose, but it does not appear to affect anything or the operation of the lights or music.

I have seen many of these Kermit figurines for sale over the years and I would say that this one is in good condition. Remember though, this piece has been sitting out on display in an enclosed hutch shelf for almost 15 years. The flocking on these "Big Figs" almost always has some thinning spots and even some missing spots. This figurine is in overall good condition and in my estimate, has held up better than most. As I said earlier, I looked the figurine over very thoroughly and I would probably be calling the flocking to be in very good to excellent condition, but it's not brand new and there is at least spot where the flocking looks a tiny bit thin, so just to be safe I am calling this item to be in Good Condition. Except for the missing dragonfly wing and the earlier battery compartment leaking battery, this one seems to be about as good as they get.

No box or anything else is included. I'm not 100% sure that this item came with a special box, because I have never seen one. There are two screws included with the sale, as they were given to me when I bought the piece in 2012. I'm not sure what they're for, but I will included them.

**Please look at my many photos of the piece along with the video to satisfy yourself as to the items current condition. This is going to be expensive to box up, insure and then ship and I want to make sure that every effort is taken to make sure that you are happy with this item when it arrives. I am trying to be as thorough as possible in my description, photos and videos, so that you can determine the current condition of this Kermit Big Fig.

I am going to have this professionally boxed up and then I will have the package insured for the sale amount for shipping. I am charging $99.00 for the shipping and handling, but it will be worth it to make sure that this delicate item gets to you undamaged.

It's a great collectable and a great piece that we have really enjoyed!
