Vintage Russian folk art hand painted spoon, known as Khokhloma, named after the town where the art originated. Red and gold floral design on black lacquer long lightweight wooden spoon. Spoon measures 15" long and 2.25" wide. Shallow scratches in the lacquer paint. Small hole at back of handle (for hanging?).
