You're looking at a nice homebrew amplifier which covers 80, 40, 20, 15, 10 and 6 meters. I don't know who built it or when it was built, sorry. It comes with a variety of documents and extras like new parasitic suppressors. This is only the RF deck and a power supply is not included! Based on the documentation included, he was going to build/copy a Heathkit KS-1 power supply.
