This set includes three round ganaching plates made of acrylic in sizes 6", 8", and 10". 

2 plates per size.

They are easy to clean. Just use warm water and use a soft cloth, but do not put in a dishwasher.

The clear plates are reusable and come with a free scraper, making them essential tools for cake decorating. The scraper size may vary, depends on stock but is FREE :-)
