12 Month Warranty

Warranty Coverage
› All mechanical parts (excluding engines, transmissions, and gearboxes) are covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.
› Extended warranties are available at an additional cost upon request. Please contact us via eBay messages for more information.

This warranty does not cover
› Installation or removal labour costs.
› Additional or consequential expenses.
› Normal wear and tear.
› Damage caused by abuse, misuse, incorrect installation, improper repairs, maintenance, alterations, or modifications.

Important Fitment and Inspection Information
› Please ensure the part is correct before cutting, painting, modifying, or final installation.
› Altered items and custom orders are non returnable and non refundable (outside of the eBay return period).
› All items must be inspected immediately upon delivery and any issues reported promptly.

Refunds
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued for the cost of the part and the original shipping paid.

Items returned in a damaged condition or not in their original supplied state, may be subject to a deduction from the refund.

General Information

All items are sold in accordance with eBay’s policies and protections. Any return requests must be opened through eBay and handled via the eBay returns process.

Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise stated in the listing, warranty coverage applies only to the main item described. Any additional components, ancillaries, wiring, brackets, or accessories supplied with the item are included free of charge, are not tested, and are not covered under warranty.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty, a replacement may be offered where available. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in line with eBay policy once the item has been returned and inspected.

Engines & Major Components

Engines are supplied as seen, but only the head, block, sump & internals are warranted unless otherwise stated in the listing. Any ancillaries left attached, including but not limited to water pumps, belts, sensors, or pulleys, are supplied free of charge and are not covered under warranty.

We strongly recommend replacing all service items prior to installation.

Condition & Installation

Items must not be dismantled, modified, or tampered with prior to inspection or return. All identifying and security markings must remain intact.

Items returned in a condition different from how they were supplied may be subject to a deduction from the refund, where permitted by eBay policy.

This warranty covers the supplied part only. Labour costs, removal costs, refitting costs, diagnostic charges, and any associated expenses are not covered under any circumstances.

Delivery & Inspection

All items should be inspected upon delivery. Any damage or issues should be reported through eBay as soon as possible so the matter can be resolved promptly.

Overseas Orders

For overseas orders, warranty coverage and return eligibility are subject to eBay policy and the listing details provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.

Additional delivery charges may apply to non-mainland UK locations and remote postcodes. Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure.

Failed Delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful due to no one being available, incorrect delivery details, or failure to rearrange delivery with the courier, the item may be returned to us.

If delivery is missed, the courier may leave instructions to rearrange delivery.

Engines and Gearboxes
A £50 additional delivery charge will apply if a second delivery attempt is required. This includes deliveries made using our own delivery service.

Orders Sent via Third-Party Pallet Couriers
A £50 additional delivery charge will be applied from the second delivery attempt onward.

Panels and Other Items
For panels and other items delivered using our own delivery service, a £25 additional delivery charge will apply from the third delivery attempt onward.

Orders Sent via Parcelforce or FedEx
If an item is returned to us by Parcelforce or FedEx due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, a £8 re-delivery charge will apply.

Agreement

By purchasing this item through eBay, you agree to these terms in addition to eBay’s policies and procedures.

Returns

All returns must be opened through eBay and will be handled strictly in accordance with eBay’s returns policy.

Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied. If an item is returned damaged, incomplete, or not as originally supplied, a deduction from the refund may be applied where permitted by eBay policy.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Only the value of the part will be refunded. Labour costs and postage costs are not refundable.

Any return opened using an incorrect reason in order to avoid return postage costs may be reported to eBay’s Trust & Safety team.

Please note: Salvage is not available on Sundays.
