As for condition, soft leather has some issues due to its age. Some loss of leather around the binding area. Some handling wear as well as some slight shedding. As for the inside, all the pages are intact. The edge of the pages is gilded. There was a section of 2 pages that appeared to have been stuck together by a tiny speck. The only damage was just that speck of surface tear. No stain, tear, or water marks. There is an owners name inside the first pg, a graduate of 1910. The 1st pg has an embossed school seal. There are 418 pg.
