Rare find of a 1910 yearbook from the Pennsylvania State College aka Penn tate, volume 21. Incredible collection of pictures of its early days. Has individual photos of students from senior class. Not much photos if any, from the lower classes. I did see a few photos of women in what has been a male dominant school. There is a signed page by the new president of the school, Dr. Edwin E. Sparks. The book not only covers the students but also fraternity, sports, other extracurricular activities, and some cool advertising. The varsity football is a treasure to look from its early days with photos and its stories. As for condition, soft leather has some issues due to its age. Some loss of leather around the binding area. Some handling wear as well as some slight shedding. As for the inside, all the pages are intact. The edge of the pages is gilded. There was a section of 2 pages that appeared to have been stuck together by a tiny speck. The only damage was just that speck of surface tear. No stain, tear, or water marks. There is an owners name inside the first page, who was a graduate of 1910. The first page even has an embossed school seal. There are 418 pages total, not counting the cover page.
