In fact, there are only a few dedicated music box manufacturers currently exist in the world. The wooden box enables the production of deep bass and clear mid-high tones, where Nidec's dedicated professionals carefully select the material to ensure the right balance of resonance is secured. Generally, walnut is preferred material to amplify the robustness sound. Also soft spruce wood is typically found in the piano soundboard. The same concept is utilized on the bottom and sides of the music box to ensure the similar resounding impact, so it can deliver a pleasurable sound to the listeners. The design, featuring the grain of the premium walnut wood type, is chic and has a unwavering presence. Even for the seasoned music box creators, it was many years of journery of endless and dedicated research to find the perfect wood for creating the quality sound. Meticulous study conducted on ideal wood type, thickness, shape and paint. Your order made music box will be meticulously adjusted for each song. For the final finishing step, the movement is screwed in place with optimal tightness, and the glass plate is adjusted to ensure that the sound resonates beautifully. Adjusting a music box is considerably difficult when compared to that of a typical musical instrument, simply because it affects the tuning of the music device itself. Our original music box is...
