Description

This is a Shoki doll from the Meiji period.

This type of doll was made for export overseas during the Meiji period, and its facial expressions and other features are very realistic.

Stand dimensions: Width 14.3in , Depth 10in , Height 3.3in

Height of doll without stand (including eboshi) 16.9 in 

The doll is only on the stand and is not fixed.

There are traces of holes filled in on the top plate of the stand, so the stand may have been added later.
