If for any reason you should wish to return a product(s) bought from us, you can do so.
Provided that the return met the following conditions, we will give you a item merchandise refund*, no re-stocking fee deducted and no questions asked!
Please use EMS tracking service and write down "Return item" on your EMS invoice.

Please be advised that eLADY will not cover any postage costs for returned products unless it suffers from manufacture defect.
