Not working, picked this up and realized it probably did its job in a surge and someone took it in for a service. There are a handful of components with caulk marks usually indicated that a service text was testing the unit. There appears to be some capacitors missing as well.

This device has very high quality parts one can salvage for other projects or if you had a working PCB board it would be drop in.
