The photo with a ruler is lined up with the back of the heel and shows the approximate length of the shoe from the top view. Measure and compare your own shoes in the same fashion. We are sorry but we cannot answer any questions regarding further measurements.
The tag on the shoes is just a SKU number for organization and is not a size or a price tag.
