Both of these work. We removed them from working equipment when we switched to touchscreen interface modules.
One is a SER. A, REV. C, FRN 4.2 and the other is a SER. A, REV. A, FRN. 4.00
The pictures show the condition of the screens. All keys are functional but there is some scuffs, etc.
