Bedding product is plugged into an extension cord and not plugged into a direct wall outlet. 2. Bedding product wasn't plugged in properly. To FIX this problem, do the following to reset your bedding product: 1. Turn the blanket control to the "Off" position and unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. 2. Check bedding product plug connection that directly plugs into the bedding product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete. 3. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet If the 3 steps above are not followed in order, the bedding product will not properly reset.
