Megadeth Rust In Peace BLUE vinyl LP 2018 USED

Outer is very nice.  Record seems/looks hazy and feels a little rough.  I do not think it sounds good.  I added pictures.  Maybe better for a cool wall display????  Or to get a replacement jacket?  Dunno.
