Everything on this camera works perfectly except for the focus selector dial, which is used to switch between focus modes. The camera is currently stuck in continuous autofocus (AF-C) mode. However, this issue only affects manual shooting mode. When set to automatic mode, the camera defaults to single autofocus (AF-S) for photos, so regular use in auto mode is unaffected. The only mode you lose access to is manual focus. If you don’t use manual focus often, this camera is still a great option. Aside from the focus selector issue, everything else functions as expected. Including all dials, buttons, flash, etc. The sensor is clean, and image quality is great.
To ensure transparency, we categorize all items using the following grading system:
New - Factory-sealed, never used, and in original packaging with all accessories.
Near Mint - Virtually new with no noticeable signs of wear. May or may not include original packaging and accessories.
Near Mint Minus - The item is in near brand-new condition, showing only light cosmetic wear. The sensor, buttons, hot-shoe, and screen(s) remain clean and close to flawless. Any visible scuffs or scratches are very minimal.
Excellent Plus - Lightly used with only minor cosmetic signs of wear. The sensor is clean and free of marks, and the buttons, hot-shoe, and screen(s) are in excellent condition. May have faint marks or slight finish loss, but overall in outstanding condition.
Excellent - Moderate wear consistent with regular use. May have some scuffs, minor dings, or finish wear. The sensor remains clean and free of marks, and the hot-shoe and buttons show mild signs of use. The LCD screen may have light dust or minor marks.
Good - Noticeable signs of wear, including more pronounced scratches, dings, or finish loss. The buttons and screen(s) function properly, and the sensor remains free of damage unless otherwise noted. The rubber grip sections may have some looseness, and the hot-shoe reflects extensive prior use. You may also see dust in the viewfinder. The LCD screen(s) can show prominent wear such as scratches, marks, or other visible imperfections and the body may have paint loss or chipping.
Fair - Heavy cosmetic wear with significant scuffs, dents, or paint wear. The sensor remains free of marks unless otherwise noted. The pop-up flash may not operate, and the tripod mount could be missing or damaged. The LCD screen functions but may not be completely clear or fully visible. In some cases, the sensor filter may have a scratch that does not affect image quality. Light corrosion or bending may be present on the hot shoe or within the battery compartment. Rubber grips can be loose or missing, and a small amount of viewfinder dust is possible.
For Parts / As-Is - Non-functional or damaged. May be missing parts, have significant issues, or require repair. Sold strictly as-is with no returns and no warranty.
All pre-owned gear (excluding items sold "for parts or not working" or "as-is") is covered for 6 months from the invoice date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage from drops, impact, liquid, sand, dust, misuse, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, consumables (batteries, caps, straps, cables, etc.), or issues clearly described in the listing (cosmetic wear, minor dust, etc.).
For warranty help, contact us via eBay Messages. At our discretion we will repair, replace with a similar item, or refund the item price (excluding shipping).
Warranty applies only to orders delivered within Canada and does not apply to items shipped via eBay International Shipping (EIS) once delivered to eBay's processing center.
