This is a nice, vintage commemorative  plaque or desk display piece remembering the heritage  and history of TEXACO and it's presence in Houston Texas.

 The "Texaco Heritage Plaza" can refer to the iconic modern skyscraper or the older historic buildings, all significant in Houston's urban landscape.  

 The wood base is 5 1/2" in diameter, the heavy brass iconic TEXACO Star with the Texaco T in the middle is 4 3/8" across. It tapers up from the bottom to 1 3/4" tall at the top of the star.

 The words "TEXACO HERITAGE PLAZA 1990" are engraved around the bottom edge of the base below the star.
