Hi. You can shop with confidence with me as I’m very particular about what I list. Each item is carefully checked to ensure you’re getting exactly what is described in the listing. Here’s how I classify my items (the ticked one shows the condition of this item listed)

New: Brand new, never worn/used, with original tags (unless stated) These items are in pristine condition.

✔️Excellent: Gently worn, or even only worn once, and meticulously cared for. These items show little or often no signs of wear therefore offering incredible value.

Very Good: Items that have been lightly worn but are still in great shape. They may have minor signs of use, which I will detail in the listing, but nothing that affects the quality or overall appearance.

I personally check each item for quality and any potential issues, but please note, while I do my best to catch everything, occasionally things can slip through by accident, I’m only human! Should this situation arise just drop me a message and we can chat about how to resolve it 😊
