Tips
Tips1: Why can't I turn on the car radio?
① Please check the voltage of the car radio: 12V
② When you test this car radio, you can combine the red and yellow wires and connect them to the positive terminal of the power supply. Black line to negative power.
③ Replace the same type of insurance and test the car radio.
Note: Please be sure to use our power cord to connect our car radio, you cannot plug the original car plug directly into our machine.
Tips2: Why does the car radio show ""no signal"" when reversing?
① Please check that the camera line is correctly connected to the car radio.
Note: The video port of the rear camera must be plugged into the ""CAMIN"" port of the car radio.
Tips3: Why does the camera show ""! ""when I use USB to watch videos? And ""Can't watch videos while driving""?
① Disable the Video Warning function in the Settings.
Tips4: Why can't I search FM?
① No radio antenna is inserted.
② Please check whether the radio antenna is plugged in properly. Please insert the antenna several times to make good contact.
The signal at your location is not good. Please go to a better place to retest.
The radio antenna in the car is broken/doesn't work. Replace the radio antenna and retest.
Tips5: Why isn't the Bluetooth connected to the car radio?
① Open the phone Settings screen, open Bluetooth in the Bluetooth function, search for Bluetooth devices, find the Bluetooth model of the player to be paired; If you need a pairing code, enter 0000; If not, try 1234 or 123456.
② Please try using another phone to test this feature.
③ All methods are correct, but still can not use Bluetooth, please unplug the back of the player, 3 minutes later plug again.
