This upgrade does not grant access to the game Star Citizen. To play the game, you need an RSI account with any game package.

IMPORTANT:This upgrade only works with ships that are in your hangar on the official RSI website and were purchased with real money or store credit. It does not work on ships earned or bought in-game.

  • When will I receive my item?
    All items are manually gifted via the official RSI website using their internal "Hangar Gift" system. You will receive an automated email from RSI with the subject: "Someone sent you a gift from Roberts Space Industries." Delivery usually takes place within a few hours, but can take up to 24 hours.
  • Why is my item not instantly delivered?
    Each pledge is manually transferred using RSI's gifting system from one RSI account to another. This process is not automated and depends on availability, order queue, and correct buyer information.
  • How can I confirm delivery?
    After clicking the "Claim Gift" link in the RSI email and accepting the gift, the item will appear in your RSI Hangar. You can verify the delivery status through your RSI account under the "Hangar Logs" section.
  • What if I don't see the item in my hangar?
    Please make sure you are logged into the correct RSI account before redeeming the gift email. The gift link is not tied to a specific account and can only be claimed once. If redeemed while logged into the wrong account, the pledge will be bound there permanently.
  • Why are some items currently unavailable?
    Due to eBay's new policy on digital goods, some high-value items have been temporarily removed. If you're looking for something specific, feel free to send a message.
  • Is my purchase safe?
    Yes. All deliveries are processed through RSI's official gifting system. If, for any reason, the item cannot be delivered, a full refund will be issued.
