This classic locomotive was made in Japan by Tenshodo. It’s in good shape , but still needs a few things. Part of the drive bar mechanism needs to be reattached and there is a loose wire underneath the rear wheels. The locomotive does not run and may require a different tender to pick up current . If you’re are familiar with Tenshodo locomotives it may just be a quick fix.
