Subwoofer was a showroom model. Super clean. Never been installed. Aged inventory - see pictures. Discounted for this reason. Has original OEM box but missing internal packaging frame. Subwoofer will be strongly bubble wrapped with large bubble wrapping and placed in a smaller box within OEM box.
