The glass part is in NEW condition, with no dirt or scratches. The blades of the diaphragm are clean and there is no oil on them (which is very important for the lens to work properly). The focus and aperture control ring rotates smoothly. The lens body is in new condition, with no signs of oxidation, so it will be in excellent condition for many years
