Engines, Transmissions, Transfer cases, axles and other major components:

Pictures in the listing might be for reference, as these are highly rotated items in our inventory, if you desire specific images, please send us a message, we'll be glad to assist you.


All warranties require the product installed by an ASE Certified mechanic/Shop - no exceptions! For any warranty claim we will need to contact the shop that installed the part.


Engines and transmissions require new filters, gaskets and fluids at the time of the installation. Failure to do so will void the warranty. Most transmissions in newer cars require adaptations to be cleared/performed with an appropriate scan tool.


OIL PANS are NOT GUARANTEED, they may get damaged during transit due to the location and the weight of the engine/transmission.


Used Engines: We sell them as long block, which means that sensors, wiring harnesses, gaskets, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds and valve covers are not guaranteed.


Used Transmissions: Sensors are not guaranteed, some transmissions also may need to be calibrated after installation.



Bumpers and Headlights:

Unless the title explicitly says "Perfect" or "Ready to Install" or "Plug and play", all bumpers and headlights are damaged and will require some type of work done to be perfect, it may have paint issues, missing tabs, cracks, or other damage.  Please look at photos closely, if you need more photos please kindly ask for them. We won't accept returns on bumpers and headlights because you expect it to be perfect and its not.



All Parts:

Any application information we provide is for guidance, but not guaranteed. If you need us to confirm fitment, please send us a message with your VIN number.




Shipping Policy:


Most of our items ship by UPS or Fedex, we rarely use USPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes.


Any item sold for more than $200 will require signature, if you do not want signature to be required, please send us a message but that will automatically release us from any package delivery liability issues.


Large or heavy items will ship by Freight, Freight shipping is included to business with forklift only or docks, if you have a residential address or a business without forklift or dock, we will require an additional payment to cover lift-gate service.


Large items shipping by freight, please allow 3-5 business days for handling.


IMPORTANT: If there's physical damage to the product you ordered, it needs to be notified immediately to the freight carrier driver and refuse the delivery. Once the product is received and signed for, no damage claims will be accepted, If you fail to check the condition of your order upon delivery and there's damage, you will be liable for it and any claims will be denied.


Remote locations like NYC, Long Island, deep country locations, rural areas, etc. Will pay an additional  delivery fee regardless of it being a business or a residence.


- Fee required for residential deliveries must be paid regardless of the buyer having a forklift to unload.  You can pickup at Service Terminal to avoid said fee.





Return Policy:


Every Item comes with standard 30 Day Return Policy unless otherwise stated.  All of our items undergo specific testing and are guaranteed to work unless otherwise stated in listing. If any of our items do tend to be in non working condition which can happen due to the parts being recycled, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money if we don't have item in stock. 


 The team photograph each item immediately prior to the item leaving our premises or being packaged for shipping; all photographs are time and date stamped, filed and stored for reference. If the returned item is physically damaged, missing parts, tampered with or has been taken apart, the warranty is automatically void. If an item has been opened, Altered, Remanufactured, or in any way modified the warranty is void. 


Any item returned missing original components or missing our company stamps and secret markings warranty will be void and no refund will be given. Our technical team reserves the right to determine the condition of the item when sold and when returned.
