II. Operation Standards

DO NOT wear gloves during operation to avoid entanglement hazards.

Secure work clothing and fasten all buttons. Tie back long hair.

Keep hands clear of rollers and moving parts while the machine is running.

Adjust roller gap slowly to prevent machine damage or poor pastry results.

III. Abnormality Handling

Immediately stop the machine if abnormal noise, vibration, or odor is detected. Contact qualified personnel for maintenance. Do not attempt unauthorized repairs.

IV. Daily Maintenance

Perform regular cleaning after use. Inspect component fastening and lubricate transmission parts periodically to ensure longevity and proper operation.

ITEM OPERATING INSTRUCTION

I. Adjust Parameters

1. Power on and close the safety cover.
2. Set final dough thickness using the adjustment handle. Press down the gear blade and slide right to desired setting.

II. Place Dough

Position dough on the right conveyor platform. Lightly flour the dough surface to prevent sticking to rollers or belt.

III. Rolling Operation

1. Press start button or joystick to convey dough to the left platform. Readjust thickness if needed.
2. Repeat process 4–10 times until dough reaches final thickness and desired layer count.

IV. Shutdown & Cleaning

WARNING: Do not directly spray or hose the machine with water, as this may damage electrical components.

Power off after operation. Thoroughly clean conveyor belt, roller gaps, and other surfaces to remove dough and flour residue.
