This tool is made of steel,carefuly welded under argon shield and it is powder coated.
Axle and locking pin are galvanized.
(Every part is always inspected by us.)
All places in contact with rim are protected by thick rubber.
The mounting head (BUTLER genuine part !!) is made of special plastic (not simple PA6) and will not scratch the rim or brake down.
This tool has an adjustment for the bead breaker(front narrower tires and rear wider tires)
Weight of the tool is arround 13Kg.The changer stands on rubber feet.
Tool is including a centering cone with knurled screw for different wheel axle size diameters up to 32mm.
The Wheel balancer supports following wheels:
up to 21 inch up to 240mm width
The axle diameter is 16mm and the centering cones are from 18-32mm diameter. The wheel Balancer stands on 4 adjustable rubber feet.The balancer has holders for the axle.
