This item doesn’t work. The light doesn’t turn on, therefore, none of the buttons or switches work. I don’t know how—or if— these items can be serviced or repaired. We tried replacing the power cord and it still didn’t work.

Aside from not functioning, it has normal signs of wear. See photos.
