Better than average condition used Olympus OM 100mm f2.8 short telephoto lens with Olympus caps and case in manual focus fixed metal Olympus OM mount as shown. No hood.
This is for the now vintage OM cameras that shot film, can be used with modern digital cameras with the appropriate aftermarket adapter (not included). Serial number 110760, made in Japan. This is an early single coated version which some consider the best type of coating for black and white shooting.
Glass and coatings fine, no issues, ready to use. No separation, no fungus, no cleaning marks/scratches that we can see, no fog. As with any older lens like this you are bound to find a few bits of dust and a microscopic wipe mark on the coatings but nothing that will affect the taken image.
Aperture leaves free of oil, operate as they should. Focus and aperture rings move smoothly as they should. Cosmetics excellent as you can see, but not quite mint.
If you're looking for a nice example of one of these lenses please consider this one.
Note this is NOT for current digital products directly, it's for old school 35mm film SLR cameras like the series. Commonly used today with an aftermarket adapter on mirrorless and D-SLR cameras (adapter not included).
Also note when using a lens with an aftermarket adapter it is
common for the lens to focus past infinity...this is the condition of the
adapter, NOT the lens. Safer to have the lens focus just past infinity vs not
reaching infinity at all. The distance labels on the focusing ring may no
longer be perfectly accurate.
