Since SoCal Powersports is based in California, do all parts ship from California?
To service the entire country as fast as possible, we have warehouses in many states across the country. The parts you order will ship to you from the closest warehouse with stock.

Will you ship non-C.A.R.B. legal parts to California?
No. You must provide a shipping address outside of California for non-C.A.R.B. legal parts.

Why does the part I’m looking for not look like your photo?
Although we source manufacture direct photos, some manufacturers only supply us with generic part or kit images. Please be sure to check both the title and description. We guarantee a proper match if your vehicle is in the title and/or description.

Does this part fit my vehicle?
We make every effort to include current vehicle fitment directly from respective manufacturers. Parts without fitment are to be assumed universal and may require vehicle modification. For more definitive fitment please feel free to contact us.

Tracking shows my order has been delivered, why have I not received it?
We are sorry to hear you have not received your package. Please check with your household and neighbors. If it still cannot be found, contact us and we will have a carrier trace started.

I’m looking for parts not available on your eBay store. How can I purchase these?
Our part availability is very diverse. With access to most all major powersports manufacturers, your part may be available! Contact us to verify.

I placed an order by mistake. Can you cancel it?
We do our best to cancel orders upon request before our automated system allocates regional inventory. If your order has already shipped we cannot cancel it. If you would like to refuse the unopened package, we’ll have your order refunded when it returns. If you are not available to refuse a package, please start a return through eBay and they will generate a prepaid return label for you.

I need to exchange an item. Should I open a return?
No, do not open a return if you need to exchange an item. If you do, our only option is to provide a refund. That is eBay policy and we cannot deviate from it. If you need to exchange an item, contact us and we can arrange the exchange with you.

Sales Tax

Domestic Shipping
Depending on the size and weight of your order, we will ship using FedEx, UPS, On-Trac or USPS (Post Office).


Global Shipping
We utilize Ebay's global ship program. Ebay is the broker and freight forwarder in this process. When you check out, ebay will calculate their shipping cost. We cannot see the transaction or international shipping details. Ebay may not ship to all countries or localities and typically they do not include duty.
